The diplomat stressed the extraterritorial scope of the blockade imposed six decades ago, with pressure measures against other governments, institutions and individuals, during the forum that concluded late Saturday evening in Ivry-sur-Seine.
In that sense, she recognized the work CubaCoop has carried out, which includes projects in the areas of culture and heritage, especially in restoration and conservation, with concrete results in Cuban provinces such as Cienfuegos.
