Eusebio Leal Spengler is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and deputy to the National Assembly of People’s Power. Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations system and advisor on the topic for the Eradication of Poverty, of the United Nations Development Program.
Also, Honorary Doctor of several universities in Latin America and Europe. A large part of the rescue work carried out in the historic center of Havana is due to his efforts and hard labor.
