Raúl exercises his right to vote

Yesterday, November 26, Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of Cuba’s Councils of State and Ministers, exercised his right to vote in elections for delegates to Municipal Assemblies of People’s Power, at Constituency no. 60’s polling station, in the Havana municipality of Playa

Shortly before 7:00am, Raul arrived at the site, where he held an animated conversation with other voters gathered there, awaiting the opening of the polls.

After casting his vote, he spoke briefly with the young students safeguarding the ballot box, and as he departed, with sports legend Omar Linares, who also votes at this location. (Taken from en.granma.cu)
