The fortress of San Pedro de la Roca del Morro, in the city of Santiago de Cuba, a World Mankind’s Heritage, exerts a certain kind of magnetism over hundreds of foreign and national visitors, who include this place in their tours, for new discoveries.

The Fortress of San Pedro de La Roca, selected as World Mankind’s Heritage since 1997, practically opens the entrance to ther Bay of Santiago de Cuba, with a landscape with a beautiful visuality.
Considered a great example of the Spanish-American military architecture in Cuba and the rest of the Caribbean, the fortress is receiving the care by the Office for Preservation of the City.
There is a lighthouse to help navigation, places to sell craftmanship and a Cuban food restaurant, where famous British musician and former member of The Beatles, Paul McCartney, left his print.
