Cuban Tobacco, Rum among Attractions at Trade Fair in Panama

In statements to Prensa Latina, the chairman of Corp Tabacalera de Panama S.A., Humberto Pérez, explained that this year, Cubaron company participates in the main commercial showcase in Panama with its Cubaron Panama 2017 tour, which includes several tasting sessions.

The activity is aimed at customers, professionals and lovers of the best Cuban rums recognized worldwide, and it will be attended by the maestro of rum Cesar Martí Marcelo and export director of Corp Cubaron S.A, Jorge Cardozo.

Humberto Pérez also informed that Expocomer will be also attended by the marketing managers of Internacional Cubana de Tabaco S.A, Clara Lemus, and public relations at Brascuba Cigarrillos S.A., Maite Mayea, a company that will present its entire line of products of the renowned brand Cohíba.

Corp Tabacalera de Panama S.A is the distributor of the abovementioned Cuban companies in Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Duty Free Sub Distribuidora de Internacional Cubana de Tabaco, S.A for Cruz Canela & Trust GB, S.A.

Among the products marketed are the cigars that are sold internationally under the brands Cohíba, Montecristo, Romeo y Julieta, Partagás, and the rums Santiago de Cuba, Cubay, Perla del Norte and Isla del Tesoro, among others.

Present in the Cuban stand will be 30 other companies, such as Agroindustrial Victoria de Girón, Cítricos Caribe S.A., Suchel Camacho S.A., Grupo Empresarial Ganadero, the Frank País Orthopedic Scientific Complex, Cubaexport, Citmatel, the Egrem record company, the Isotope Center and Cubacontrol S.A.
